Hi All,

I have a question on pf-ff mac scheduler class.

In the class per flow statistics are stored in m_flowstatsDl & m_flowStatsUl maps. These map entries are formed by RNTI of the user & pfsFlowPerf_t.

As per my understanding RNTI to each user is assigned at random access procedure. If RNTI number is released after a time out, then this RNTI can be assigned to another user.
If this happens, for a same RNTI, there can be two or more users with different IMSI.

This makes me feel that flow statistics per RNTI would not give the user based flow statistics. Is this correct?

Also, is there any way to get IMSI of UE inside pf-ff scheduler class?

Thanks
Bhagya

Hi,

when a UE is removed from an eNB all its data is removed, as you can see in PfFfMacScheduler::DoCschedUeReleaseReq(), including both m_flowstatsDl and m_flowStatsUl maps.

The IMSI is currently not available in the scheduler, as it is not included in the Small Cell Forum API.

Best regards,
marco.
