Hi there,
In the indoor scenario of coexistence between LTE (LAA) and Wifi we can find the throughput and latency at the IP layer. Can we find the throughput at the PHY layer or MAC layer?

Yes - check the past discussions about that (suggestion: use wireshark for Wi-Fi and the native LTE traces for LTE).
