LTE scheduling algorithms, physical resource block per UE

Dear All,

Please help to suggest correct documentation or logic for below problem. 

I have gone through existing ns3 LTE scheduling algorithms. As far as i know there is no direct way to calculate physical resource block from TB size and CQI(PF,RR,AMC). There is  no trace source defined for physical resource block allocation for particular UE. Whats the best way to get PRB data considering i'm not very good programmer.
