DCE Quagga - bake Maintenance and iputils

In trying to do some BGP simulations with ns3 I read around a bunch and found my way to using Quagga on DCE (if by chance there is a better way, I'd love to hear it, none of the docs I found are too recent). Though I've previously built ns3 using bake and been through the whole tutorial without trouble, building dce and quagga is giving me some problems. I've been using the tutorial here. I think my dce build 

bake.py configure -e dce-ns3-1.9 
bake.py download
bake.py build

finished successfully, but when I try to download dce-quagga-1.9

bake.py configure -e dce-quagga-1.9
bake.py download

bake fails with the following error:

Download problem for module: iputils, URL: http://www.skbuff.net/iputils/iputils-s20101006.tar.bz2, Error: [Errno socket error] [Errno 110] Connection timed out

 > Error:  Critical dependency, module "iputils" failed 

I looked around a little more, and it appears that the iputils source in bakeconf.xml, "www.skbuff.net/iputils/iputils-s20101006.tar.bz2", just isn't actually live any more:

What is the process for maintaining bake? Or has dce quagga just fallen out of support? Is there a workaround method to get iputils or finish installing dce quagga? I would hugely appreciate any comments or advice on understanding and working around this.

Thank you for the response Tom. I gave it a few days before posting for that reason, but seems my wait coincidentally overlapped with the down time. Regardless, it's working again.
