Hello,

I've been trying to download NEMO using the tutorial at
http://groups.google.com/group/ns-3-users/browse_thread/thread/ea7c71e635254204
but I am having some difficulties. While executing the example dce-
mip6d, I get an error of type signal SIGIOT. I noticed that the folder
src/process-manager, which is required to run NEMO, is missing,
Does anyone have an idea from where I can get it? I can't find it on
the internet, I found some patchs of its files on
http://web.sfc.wide.ad.jp/~tazaki/hg/ns-3-simu-patches but not the
totality of it..

Thank you so much,

Regards,
Sahar

Hi,

I'm sorry for inconvenience for several times.

Now I'm workin on updating this repository, to follow the latest DCE repo, fixing bugs, and adding new features, etc. Please stay tune.

As a particular error of your case, I haven't experienced it. I noticed there is some issues, it'll be fixed the next release.

My ns-3-simu-patches is really outdated. It doesn't work on anymore, I guess. The directory src/process-manager is the outdated one.

hajime

Thanks Hajime,

I have a question about the Magic Elf Loader, When I configure ns3,
the Magic elf loader is not enabled with the message "Could not
gqther necessary information about system loader". Do you have an idea
what I could have missed and what should I do to enable it?

If you don't mind me asking, How long will it take to finish with the
NEMO updated version?

Best regards,
Sahar

in this old ns-3-dce-quagga-umip repository, ./waf probably
can't find the proper library to support Elf Loader, if
you're not using Ubuntu 10.64 or a few other
distributions. You may edit the file

ns-3-dce-quagga-umip/src/dce/vdl/config.py

around the method

search_debug_file():

to select a proper debug library.

I can't tell an exact time frame, but will try in this
month.
