Hi,

I am using the SpectrumAnalyzer from Tom Henderson's GitHub repository (https://github.com/tomhenderson/ns-3-dev-git/tree/spectrum-wifi) to generate power spectra data for multiple 802.11 networks. I notice that the SpectrumAnalyzer code does not have any randomness in its generated output. Power spectra measurements are known to be multivariate Gaussian distributed. Is the choice of deterministic vs. probabilistic output on purpose?

Also, thanks for the amazingly timely code, Tom!
