ARP Spoofing Mitigation on NS-3

Hello i am working on a project right now, 

i have to simulate ARP spoofing there and make mitigation of ARP spoofing. 

The concept is i make a centralized server to the topology and the server will save all the MAC-IP each host that connected to the LAN

and everyhost automatically send their MAC-IP to server and when another host ask for MAC address, they do not need to broadcast but only ask to the server. 

My question is : 
Is it possible to simulate this on NS-3?
Please help me :)
