Hi,
It seems like you don’t have enough permission ,
Run as root ou give your self enough permission .
1) Run as root 
> sudo -i 
2) Grant permission 
Chmod 777 -R folder

Thanks for your response..

I copied an Ubuntu image from another computer to my computer,
And I paste it in  C:/ drive directly? Is that the reson?

Weird,

You could install Ubuntu in VM, would be easier.

It is a full copy of routing protocol codes on old version of Vmware and NS3... I can't start from zero.
I need to make it work probably.

How can I fix the missing files in here error: 

yasameen@ubuntu:~/workspace/ns-allinone-3.31/bake$ ./bake.py check
 > Python3 - OK
 > GNU C++ compiler - OK
 > Mercurial - OK
 > Git - is missing
 > Tar tool - OK
 > Unzip tool - OK
 > Make - OK
 > cMake - is missing
 > patch tool - OK


 > Path searched for tools: /usr/local/sbin /usr/local/bin /usr/sbin /usr/bin /sbin /bin /usr/games /usr/local/games /snap/bin bin


I tried the codes in the NS3- tutorial and didn't work...
Can anyone help me please.😥

Hi,
You can install the missing dependencies 
Easily through CLI:
GIT
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install git
Cmake
sudo snap install cmake –classic

If the commands don’t work just find a way to instal git and cmake.
