LTE Downlink Packet Scheduler with Carrier Aggregation

Hi there,

I am very new to ns3 and I am trying to design a  packet scheduler for downlink with carrier aggregation.

The priority metric is  P(i*,J*,k*) = arg max(Di * di(j,k)/Ri(t-1))

Di is HOL delay

I am going through some of the codes there and setting up my network topology.

Can anyone tell me what files should I go through?
