Sample Programs for SCTP in NS3-DCE

I copied the source program to myscripts and wrote wscript. How do I deal with the error in the image? I have already referred to the documentation.

This error indicates that your main program is not linking the Linux
kernel library. Usually it means that you did not build and link the
Linux version of DCE (e.g., 'dce-linux-1.11') but instead built the
variant that uses ns-3 TCP/IP (e.g., 'dce-ns3-1.11').

So I did a build of dce-linux-1.12. (I am using ubuntu20.04)
The result was >> Building dce-linux-1.12 - Problem error placed.
The image is . /bake.py --debug build.
Please let me know how to solve this.
