[BUG] "lena-radio-link-failure.cc" from ns-3 3.33 Terminated Unexpectedly with Signal SIGIOT

Hello,

Just noticed that "lena-radio-link-failure.cc" from ns-3 3.33 cannot complete the simulation as the process will be halted by the SIGIOT signal. Maybe this is a bug requiring a fix?

Hi,

This was fixed in lte: Remove assert upon RAR timeout in RLF example and.. by Zoraze a few weeks ago.

Please find attached the patch based on this.
