Regarding LoRa custom Module

I am trying to build a scenario in ns3 like 
I have four LoRa modules situated around four corners of a sqaure, for example 400x400(m)

Inside the square I will have a transmitter LoRa moving by the user input like controlling with arrows, the other four modules will be acting like receivers.

I will be calculating the distance and RSSI of the receiver modules. This is all done  with Friis equation.
Now for this scenario I want to add fading(Rayleigh, Rician) and check the distance and rssi. 
The LoRa module which i want to use is SX1278.

This is not LoRaWAN, this is mostly like lora p2p.

Is this possible by building a custom LoRa module in NS3?
In this I further want to implement Networked RADAR's if possible?
All this should be done in NS-3 physical layer is it possible?
