how to apply natureinspired algorithm to MANETs

I am working on applying nature inspired algorithm in MANETS.

i want to simulate firefly algorithm between mobile towers and mobile phones treating both of them as fireflies.

how to insert firefly algorithm into a node and and onto a mobile tower(node).

how to design and execute this idea in ns3.

can we use topology generator master for this.

IS LTE module required to implement this concept.

i have basic idea of executing ns3 programs upto fifth.cc and know netanim,gnuplot,

kindly help me to execute this idea.
