Tracing Vectors of SINR and CQI (Basic LTE Simulation)

Hello,

I am making a basic ns-3.21 simulation of several UEs and an eNB. For each UE, I'm attempting to record the time, UE number, UE distance from eNB, its vector of sub-band SINRs, and its vector of corresponding sub-band CQIs.

My questions are:
1. What is the most approachable way for a novice to trace the CQIs and SINRs?
2. Is there an easy way to append the trace data to the files created by EnableTraces()?
3. Is there any information I've left out that would help answer the above?

I was able to find an old thread where a user had printed out a snapshot of the sub-band CQIs associated with each of his UEs. That user made use of LteUePhy::CreateDlCqiFeedbackMessage. I'm not sure whether it is useful to me. LteAmc::CreateCqiFeedbacks seems like a better contender for the tracing I want to do.

The stats-calculators in the helper folder seemed very useful, but as a novice I had a lot of difficulty modifying code to append my variables-of-interest to their output files. I reviewed the tutorial document and some of the lena examples and still have difficulty wrapping my head around tracing. A dialogue would help me out a lot.
