At long last, I released ns-allinone-3.46.1 yesterday; you can read about it here [1]. I have started a draft development branch for ns-allinone-3.47 [2] which will hopefully speed up its eventual release shortly after ns-3.47 releases. For those who may not know, ns-allinone release is simply the ns-3 release with compatible contributed modules added (fifteen additional modules, in this case).
