Data rate in wimax(wimax-simple)

Hello.
Could you explain me how to regulate data rate in wimax-simple.сс model? And how to show packet loss? Logs of wimax-simple:

LogComponentEnable ("UdpClient", LOG_LEVEL_INFO);
LogComponentEnable ("UdpServer", LOG_LEVEL_INFO);

 which output

TraceDelay TX 1024 bytes to 10.1.1.1 Uid: 1720 Time: 0.79
TraceDelay: RX 1012 bytes from 10.1.1.2 Sequence Number: 1 Uid: 1548 TXtime: +729999998.0ns RXtime: +813805287.0ns Delay: +83805289.0ns

 So is it correct to devide (number of RX)/(number of TX) to find packet loss?
