Hello everyone,

I'm trying to simulate a 4G network, but when I use the #ReportUeSinr# TraceSource to catch the uplink SINR between UE and the eNBs from the eNBs, I find that there is a big difference between the measured value from the #ReportUeSinr# TraceSource and the theoretical value computed by the parameters used in the simulation. I have attached my test file and its output files. Could anyone help me?

Please be careful that simple setting contain a lot of implicit parameters  in ns-3.
Maybe you should check antenna orientation, LOS/NLOS condition and the existence of any fading.

I don't know the detail of your theoretical value, but in 4G/5G simulation, shadowing and multipath fading are considered in most cases.
So the SINR, simulated by implicit settings, can be much lower than the one calculated by FSPL.
