Hi all,
        I have added tcp-illinois files to src/internet/model and I have also included it in wscript file.
        It produces an error message when I try to build it. I have attached  screenshot of the error message.

       It looks something like this-

        ./ns3/tcp-illinois.h:53:45: error: ‘TcpCongState_t’ in ‘class ns3::TcpSocketState’ does not name a type
                                       const TcpSocketState::TcpCongState_t newState);
                                             ^
        ./ns3/tcp-illinois.h:53:76: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of ‘newState’ with no type [-fpermissive]
                                       const TcpSocketState::TcpCongState_t newState);

 Thanks in advance
 Rajendra

You shouldn't add the files, you should switch to ns-3-dev.
A lot more files have been changed, simply adding some files is not enough.

I am also facing the similar problem with ns-3.28. Why not we can add a new file to the .../src/internt folder? and how to solve this error in ns-3.28?
Sorry I am asking my question in a completed thread but this is relevant thread that's why i put my question here.
