Guidance on Practical Learning Resources for NS-3

1. The best sources (official tutorials, courses, or books) to start learning NS-3.

2. Any recommended practical labs, workshops, or projects for hands-on experience.

3. Communities or forums where beginners can seek help while working with NS-3.

I'd suggest to start with the official documentation: https://www.nsnam.org/documentation/

The documentation is quite large, and there are also presentations and videos.

About practical stuff, I'd suggest to check the tutorial and all the examples.

Communities... this one, and the Zulip channel. On Zulip you'll find almost all the devs, but the discussions can be a bit technical.

Yes, that answers it.

Let me state that I once was as inquisitive as you, but following through the guide and trial~and~error vs experience, I scaled through. For example, I thought everytime I needed to run a code even after setting up the modules on the system basically , I will have to use "./ns3 confugure and ./ns3 build".

But thanks to the documentation, this team, and my resilience.

Also, I recommend getting a c++ compiler e.g. Borland to facilitate your work.
