Hi,
you can find an example of FlowMonitor use here:
examples/routing/simple-global-routing.cc
If you did understand the tutorial, it should be very easy to understand how FlowMonitor works from that example.

If you didn't complete the tutorial, please read and make sure to have understood it.
As a side note, adding FlowMonitor to second.cc smells like a class assignment from miles away, and you know what's our policy about class assignments...
