“ms-van3t” is a Multi-Stack VANET Framework module developed for ns-3.

The ms-van3t team confirms the existence of the some features in this ns-3 extension including 802.11p, LTE and C-V2X access technology models.
This module can be used to build and simulate VANET (V2X) applications by interfacing the vehicle movements generated by SUMO.
It contains some example scenarios like the following from which you can start your work. In the following example, the ns-3 simulation that is running in one terminal is actually interacting with the VANET scenario that was constructed with SUMO through the TraCI interface.
