ns-3.46 is released

The ns-3.46 release is now posted at https://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-3-46/. This release is due to contributions from seventeen authors, and adds Zigbee groupcast and APS layer support, a new wraparound interference model for the spectrum channel framework, and a new static Wi-Fi helper to optionally bypass some management frame exchanges at the start of simulations, among several other changes and improvements. I hope to publish the ns-allinone-3.46 release (which will include App Store modules) in about a month, and ns-3.47 is planned for January.

FYI, I have just posted the ns-3.46.1 release which fixes a Python 3.14 issue that arose just after we published ns-3.46. There should be no model behavior or API changes compared with ns-3.46. It is available from the same release page linked below.
