Hi Friends,
I am using NS 3.24 and need to use directional antenna with specific sector angle for transmission and reception between two nodes using wifi. Have been looking on the Internet for clues, but couldn't get much info. Is such a capability available in 3.24 for wifi?

No. Our directional antenna models are compatible with wireless models
based on the SpectrumPhy; unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not based on this yet.
We're hoping to change that for ns-3.25.

For ns-3.24, you will have to approximate this by manually adjusting the
TxGain and RxGain attributes of YansWifiPhy, as needed (i.e. do the
directional gain calculation outside of the model, and then set the
gains manually).

Thank You Tom. I will follow your advice and adjust the gains...
