weird error after compiling

I am trying to compile a file with waf but it gives me this error after compiling

Any suggested way to fix this?

This sort of question is better asked on the users' list. The very first response will be: "how can we answer if you don't show the code?", so I suggest when you post there you attach your readTopologyFile script.
