My husband and I went yesterday afternoon and the snow on the golf course trail was lovely.  It took a little work to get there since snow is drifted on the path between the cabins and the road is plowed but once we got through the gate on the actual trail it was very nice.

We did the road to War branch trail  and down- as you did yesterday. Conditions fair but not ideal with multiple exposed rocks etc. getting wet and slushy. You could try the gold course since fee if rocks but it’s almost not worth it by this afternoon.
