राष्ट्रिय समन्वय समिति युएईको साधारणसभा सम्बन्धी सुचना:


आदरणीय युएई बासी नेपाली दाजुभाई दिदीबहिनी तथा सदस्यहरु,

यही आगामी अगस्त १९, २०११ मा गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ, राष्ट्रिय समन्वय समिति युएईको साधारणसभा सम्पन्न हुन गई रहेको हुँदा, युएई स्थित सम्पूर्ण गैरआवासीय नेपाली दाजुभाई, दिदीबहिनीहरुलाई आ आफ्नो सदस्यता लिन तथा नविकरण गर्नको लागि संस्थाको बिधान बमोजिम र समितिको निर्णय अनुसार सबैको जानकारी को लागि अनुरोध गर्दछु ।

 

सदस्यता प्राप्त गर्न तथा नविकरण गर्नको लागि समितिका कुनै पनि कार्यकारी सदस्य वा फोन, इमेल मार्फत पनि सम्पर्क गर्न सकिने छ ।

संस्थाको बिधान, मर्म र उदेस्य मनन गरी अब हुने साधारणसभालाई सफलताका साथ सम्पन्न गराउन सबैको सहभागिता र उपस्थितिका लागी पुन: गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ, युएईको हार्दिक अनुरोध छ । थप जानकारी को लागि संस्थाको वेबसाईट हेर्नु हुन पनि अनुरोध गर्दछु ।

There is no dead line for getting new membership or renewal of the existing one. If you concern is voting for next GA there will be time which will include / part of GA.

Dear CM Ji & Suresh Ji,

I have received the below PR on 15-JUN-2011 regarding GA of NRNA-NCC UAE. And have certain curiosity regarding the same.
I was aspecting to receive the second communication mail, if I am not wrong. Since you have asked people to be member and renew their membership for GA but you had not mentioned the Dead Line for Membership and Renewable. In such senario, there should be dead line for the membership and renewable of membership.

I think many of the people are not aware of this dead line if you already published it. So, kindly make people aware for the same so that there wont be more confusion.
