With the regret not be able to present in 4^th Global conference, I wish all the best for accomplishment of 4^th global conference. I , here attached with, am sending a concept paper for Buddha Nepal which was initiated by NRN-Korea few years ago. I would like to request to include the paper for adopting as international campaign in ICC meeting which will be held in Huston.
