Follow up with your guests and find out why they would want to attend the seminar based on what they heard lastnight. Have them paint their picture...value value value. just give them the paint, meaning the less you say the better and the more they paint. You get to practice with the
"third way of listening" (be with). The value of enrollment is in enrollment itself. So I am sure at this point in the game you have heard the question: "What did you get from the course?" or "what are you doing with the tools?" So be ready to answer with certanty what you have created in your life as a result of taking the class.

You have Two weeks left in the game of PLD. Do a personal inventory of your goals. Make a plan as to achieve each one. Be clear about your plan and make each one of your team aware of the plan and the support you need. Get your coach the plan and know that they will be on you to obtain them. You get to practice with your communication and enrollment skills to get the support you want. You also get to practice with accountablilty of eachother. Lets raise the bar yet again guys. You have proven to step it up time and time again, I have no reason to believe that today is any different.
