The Northwest Power and Conservation Council?s Regional Technical Forum (RTF) is issuing a request for pr oposals for a contract analyst to join the existing team. This work includes measure review and development in support of the 2016 Work Plan.

The proposal submission date is December 18, 2015. The RFP and Draft Statement of Work are posted on the RTF?s webpage.
