I was able to reproduce this on my Win7 box using nrepl.el 0.1.3.

It has been fixed in nrepl.el 0.1.4-preview (I think this was the cause: https://github.com/kingtim/nrepl.el/issues/72).

Could you try out the latest version on master and see if that works for you?
