What's up guys?
Hope everybody had a good Winter, and spent at least some time on the bike trying to keep the legs in shape!
I wanted to reach out and gauge interest in a ride coming up in June: The Tour de Cure (http://main.diabetes.org/site/TR?fr_id=9361&pg=entry). It's a fundraiser ride for diabetes research. I rode in the 56 miler last year and it was a great ride- starting in Reston Town Center and heading west on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail (and some roads), with a number of distances for all skill levels (14/20, 36, 68, and 108 miles). So, would anybody be interested in forming a Reddit Team and signing up for this bad boy? The ride is on Sunday, June 1st, and each person would need to pay a $25 registration fee, and raise an additional $250 in fundraising efforts.
Who all is interested? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I'd love to, but I'll be gone from today until August hiking the Appalachian trail. I'll probably be down for the Shenandoah ride again next fall though!

I'm already signed up to do this with another team, but I'm definitely down to ride it with any of you all.... it's kinda a favor for the wife's work and I'm doing the 68 miler which I don't think any of them are interested in either.
Also, I'm in alexandria so if any of you want to ride after work or weekend long rides hit me up. Hopefully this shit weather breaks soon.
