We are seeking usability study participants for a one-hour study on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.  Study sessions are available from 8:30 to 5 PM.  Participants must be 35 years old or older and have experience contacting a company to purchase services, pay a bill, or resolve a problem.  The study is about how people use a telephone response system when calling a company.  Qualified participants will receive $75 cash in compensation for their time.  If you or someone you know is interested in participating, please send me your email address and best phone number to reach you.  If you build these systems, you will not be eligible to participate.
