Now I am begining to understand what Nova meant when he was saying about
putting fig 8 knots on the rope and climbing, basically you have to
send 2
ropes from the top, one for climbing and one backup and then start
soloing
the route from the bottom. In the image the blue rope is the backup
rope and
the red rope is the climbing rope. I cannot imagine how a route like
the 120
in SGNP can be done using this system
