Hi all

I hope everyone is well and looking forward to summer (assuming our weather gives us one). Below is an email from one of my partners who also works for the university. She is asking everyone to fill in a questionnaire do she can get some data to help with workforce planning. If you haven't already filled it in then it would be great if you could.

Dear all,

Apologies if you receive this email more than once.

By now you should have all received invitations to fill in a questionnaire about the Welsh workforce. 40% of respondents so far were born in Wales and 45% went to medical school in Wales and the evidence demonstrates a demoralised, exhausted workforce.

I have had 320 responses to the survey to date - from GPs all over Wales. To make this a national voice I really need more. I plan to take this to Wales Government. 

Please can you help me by filling in the questionnaire using the link below if you haven't already and by sharing the link with all your GP contacts? Please ask your contacts to click on the link at the top of the form "FILL IT IN USING GOOGLE FORMS" - that way their responses will remain anonymous.
