Apologies if some of you received the previous e-mail.  I had circulated it to those who attended in 2015 instead of this year.

 

Thank you for attending the Welsh Primary Care Cardiovascular Conference on Wednesday 18^th May at the Liberty Stadium, Swansea.

 

As promised the presentations and workshop case studies are now available for you.  I am still awaiting the case studies from the Difficult to Manage Hypertension Workshop run by Dr Adrian Raybould.  I will add these as soon as I receive them.

 

I am preparing the Certificates of Attendance and these will be circulated shortly.
