A new Contacts and Organizations release ready - improves Lead Conversion support

I'm releasing a new version of the Contacts and Organizations package
because I found a quick fix to an annoying problem and wanted to get
it out to you right away.

This update is simple:

I created two new fields on the Lead object - Preferred Email and
Preferred Phone.

These picklists mirror the Preferred Email and Preferred Phone fields
on Contact. They are very helpful when converting Leads.

Create a lead with an Email and Phone and then identify which email
and phone they are by selecting the correct option in these new
picklists.

When you convert the lead, you'll see the Email and Phone land in the
correct fields.

One thing, you'll have to map the new Lead fields to their Contact
counterparts. It's an easy, one-time thing. Check out the instructions
