Did someone mention that you do not need to open a %.*.dic files are not in C/S?

Hello Everyone,

I think there was some confusion when talking that C/S does not use
%.*.dic files as in %.LAB.dic and all dictionary data is also stored
in %.LAB.data is that true?

I know it confused me to no end when I didn't know that file existed
in Magic.

I know we started talking about MIS.DOC vs. MIS.DOC.DICT but I don't
think that is what person was trying to say. Am I correct?
