Referencing an Intervention's Occurred Date from an Attribute in the Intervention's CDS

For validation purposes, I want to check the "occurred date" under which an intervention is about to be filed.
Note that at the point at which the validation is performed, the document, and thus the date, has not yet been saved, so @NUR.PC.WORK.act.date does not work.

Please see attached screen shot for a clarification of the date I am trying to get at.
