Hi All,
I wanted to thank you for attending the online MUSE NPR Peer Group JAM
Session a couple weeks ago. If you signed up but were not able to
attend, I hope we all have an opportunity to network and collaborate
in the near future!
With International MUSE still a few months out, we’d like to plan
another online JAM session. Do you have a specific topic you are
interested in presenting or learning about online? Some possible
ideas:
~Meaningful Use Reports
~NPR Reports needed for 3rd party vendor extracts (Thomson Reuters,
Press Ganey, Healthstream, etc.)
~Are you doing something creative with NPR? Calling/launching external
applications? Downloading to Excel and creating some cool charts or
graphs?
~How is NPR part of your BI strategy? Do you have a BI strategy?
~The pros/cons to NPR versus DR
~NPR training needs
~Leveraging the power of NPR in custom defined screens or rules
~Are there other modern means of communication or collaboration that
you would like to see/develop in our community (e.g. LinkedIn, blog,
etc.?)
As you may know, NPR is a powerful tool in and of itself, but it can
also be a small part of a bigger business and clinical solutions. Our
discussion does not have to be limited to programming per-se, and we
could expand our discussion to larger solutions that leverage NPR as a
tool or language.
Please let me know if you are interested in any of the above, or if
you have other ideas we can share.
I look forward to hearing from you!
