The VIIRS images seen so far

Just to clarify the amazing images we have seen so far have according to
Liam been created using only M-bands:

"Only the M-bands were used to make the images you have seen (band 5/4/3
red/green/blue)."

And, he also stresses that it is indeed too early to conclude on the
quality (the stripes I were discussing):

"It's too early to draw any conclusions from these very early images.
Calibration of the visible bands is not yet stable. There is a lot of
work still to be done."

So I will calm down. ;-)
But still would like to better understand the issue of cross-talk on VIIRS.
