Hi,

Anybody dared thinking about naming conventions and such after the
surprising change of name from NPP to Suomi NPP!?
In the TLE files I noticed the other day it has changed from "NPP" to
"SUOMI NPP". It actually changed from Jan 25 till 26, as far as I can see.

In the NWCSAF we have no intentions so far to change our file names, it
will continue being npp_20120201_1026_01363_satproj_00000_00767_ctth.h5
and similar.

I hope there will be no objections to that. How will it be in CSPP/IPOPP?
I assume we can rely on the naming convention as is for both RDR and SDR?

Best
Adam

On your last point - yes I think that's a reasonable assumption. What
matters is the international satellite ID, 11061A, which hasn't changed.
