There is a white paper on CC licensing for the public sector at http://wiki.creativecommons.org/images/2/2c/Creativecommons-licensing-for-public-sector-information_eng.pdf
.  I am interested in developing a similar document for NGOs, but I
don't want to reinvent the wheel if there is already such a thing or
if someone is working on one.  (Ideally I would just adapt the public
sector one, but it has a no-derivs licence.)

Would a guide for NGOs be a good idea, or does anyone know if one
exists?

善用CC协议,选取一些合适的内容,可以为NGO网站建立自己的在线媒体品牌提供极大的便利。

TEDtoChina.com现在就是通过将英文领域的关于TED的内容,汇总起来,视频来自TED.com,有些内容参考来自一些选用CC协议的
Blog,图片来自Flickr。

有兴趣传播自己的NGO理念的团队,按照同样的方式来,合法地获取原始内容,从而建立自己的blog媒体,进而建立在线社区,为具体的项目实践打基
础。

这种办法当然是不错,不需要去reinvent the wheel , 当这些都具备的时候 我们很多时候观众或者读者会不自觉的感受到一种 noise from technology 而这个是得不偿失的

所以 在线品牌的树立 有必要麽?有必要 和没有必要 要看具体做的事情

而真正要做的时候,具体过程中 如何去处理这种noise 需要注意
