Just a note to say that I've migrated our TeamCity to an external Postgresql 9.3 database (#140). I've been wanting to do this for a while, we were running on the internal HSQLDB, which is really not recommended for production use etc.

Also upgraded to the latest TeamCity version (8.1.3).
