Greetings,
Our first Environmental Task Force meeting of the FA24 term will be in two days (Mon Sep 9) at 12:30pm in
Wooster Hall 360.
Alternatively, you can join via this WebEx link:
Spread the word to students, faculty, staff, and community members alike!
I am also writing to fill you in on how to keep track of meeting dates and to remind you of the etiquette of how to unsubscribe from this or any email list.
List of upcoming meeting dates: Here is the list of future meeting dates for this FA24 semester:
#1 Week 03
Mon Sep 09 12:30 – 1:15pm
#2 Week 05
Mon Sep 23 12:30 – 1:45pm
#3 Week 09
Mon Oct 21 12:30 – 1:45pm
#4 Week 12
Mon Nov 11 12:30 – 1:45pm
#5 Week 14
Mon Nov 25 12:30 – 1:45pm
How to keep track of ETF meeting links: I will send out a Google Calendar invitation to the list prior to each meeting, as I have found that the best way for us to manage our invitation links for video meetings is to do so via Google Calendar. If you
accept this meeting request via Google Calendar, then you can simply find our meeting link in your calendar. Or you can easily find it as a message in your email account if you don’t want to use Google Calendar. If for any reason I have to change the link,
I will be sure that the final, correct link will be in the Google Calendar appointment.
Agenda items for upcoming meeting: Pass along any agenda items, and spread the word for any interested students, faculty, staff, and/or community members! You will be able to find the agenda and any other documents at the following link (and this
– as well as the WebEx link – will be in each month’s Google Calendar appointment):
SUNY New Paltz Environmental Task Force SharePoint folder
Etiquette of how to unsubscribe: As a reminder, if you would like to remove your email address from this list, it is very simple. Just scroll to the very end of this message, and Google Groups clearly (in the email “signature”) provides you with a link
to unsubscribe. If you can’t find it, feel free to email *me* for assistance. But basic email etiquette is clear for obvious reasons: never reply to the entire list asking to unsubscribe. I moderate our list so that I have to approve every single message
before it posts. But any “please unsubscribe me” messages sent to the entire list take up my time to have to screen such messages. Thanks for understanding!
Look out for a Google Calendar invitation – and RSVP! I hope to see you on Monday for our third meeting of the FA24 semester!
Best,
Dan
