Dear Students,

We would like to invite you to participate in a focus group for a research study we are conducting, “Evaluating Sustainability Education at SUNY New Paltz.” The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of sustainability education on your learning experience as undergraduate students at SUNY New Paltz. We really want to hear your opinions so we can learn and improve student programs and on-campus experiences!

We value your time and expertise which is why students participating in the focus group will receive a $20 Target gift card for their participation.

In this focus group, you will be asked to share your views with us and other students on sustainability education at SUNY New Paltz and issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The focus group will last approximately 2 hours. Focus groups will be held in person on the SUNY New Paltz campus (Sojourner Truth library).

Your participation in this focus group is voluntary and any information you share with us is confidential.

If you would like to participate, please fill out this form by 02/26/2024

If you have other classmates that you think might be interested in the study, we would appreciate you forwarding this email to them as well.

Thank you for your consideration and please contact us with any questions!
