There are by necessity going to be a lot of different personalities -
both people and dogs - interacting in a confined area. There will be
problems, there will be fights, there will be injuries. Even the best
behaved dog may have a trigger that leads to a bad situation,
regardless of "who started it". The important facet is what we do on
both a personal and park-wide level to help avoid those situations,
and make everybody feel safe and let our city dogs get some exercise
and social time.
