Warning about Off-Leash Outside the Park

Warning to all Nate's Point Dog Park users:

There is a rumor that enforcement of leash laws outside of the fence
may be stepped up. So if you tend to walk your dog off-leash from
where you parked on Balboa Drive or Laurel, you might want to put them
on a leash (it's safer, anyway). Supposedly the tickets are over $150.
