Working in water, environmental or conservation/community causes? This opportunity may be for you! It is fun to design live public street games and I hope to hear a few great ideas emerging from this group. What game would you design for Come Out and Play? Do you want to collaborate on a game together?

I'm pleased to share some news. We are collaborating with the Come Out & Play Festival to commission a newly designed outdoor game to kick-off this year's Games for Change Festival. The game will run Sunday, June 19, Father’s Day, and will be featured
in this summer’s brand new Come Out & Play Summer Series of street games
running in downtown Manhattan at the River to River Festival.
The Real-world Games for Change Challenge aims to find those who want to design a game that can be played outdoors, while focusing on leaving a positive impact on the physical environment where the game was played. The winning designers will receive $5,000 to implement their game idea and will present their design and findings during our Festival. Deadline to apply is April 15. In commissioning the game, we hope to use the occasion of the Festival to introduce public audiences to the work of game designers who
have a strong awareness and passion for positive social change.
