I do have a great company I can send you, they cover Columbus, but they don’t have an office here, they closed it up to go hybrid, they do have an office in Marysville.
On the business side of things I would recommend Danielle Cottle or Emily Zuver, if your friend is not a business, I’m positive they can get them to the correct person.
