Hi Everyone :

I am off this week and I be out of town next Friday. However, I will be checking emails and responding within 24 hours or sooner.

I have received lists of 2023 YTD tips given by Cody and Kelly—many thanks.  If the rest of you get your lists to me in this coming week, I will compile them and have them ready to present when I am back.  

I had mentioned during my educational minute that those of us who do not use a CRM would find it profitable to do so.  Just imagine how valuable it would be to have on-demand a list of every prospect you have had contact with in the past few years.  It is said that it takes on average 6-8 contacts to get a buyer to decide.
